Just wondering if anyone knows how to find out if your ticket is still good? We went down four years ago and had a three day pass to Universal, but only used two days. I am sure they told us that the ticket never expires, but I am not sure if this is still the case? Any input would be greatly appriciated. Thanks!

Unlikely that it's still valid. Multi-day tickets usually expire within a couple weeks of the first use.

The older multi-day passes never expired, so they are probably still good. The only way that I know of to check would be guest services at either park entrance. You could always call the 800 # and ask them if there is any other way to find out (for example maybe you could send guest services a copy of your ticket and they could check serial #s, but that is only a wild guess, not valid info).

I will mention that the guest services at Universal are WAY less cranky than WDW is. I suspect that if they didn't have some expiration on them when purchased they will likely at the very least give you some sort of deal.

Evidence of their willingness to deal: my dad had APs to both US and Disney that had expired. When going to guest services to renew Disney was adamant that the renewal date go back to the original expiration date (lose a month) but US not only renewed his to current date (extra two months) but gave him a premium upgrade for cheap for the long wait time we had.

Another good service process that US has: if the line in the morning at the AP office is really long for getting pictures taken, they will let you go into the park and come back any time during the day to get the actual pictures taken. Boy that helped a ton with two little kids.
