Passing on some new prices I was made aware of today:

New prices are

1-Day Admission

$54 Adult Admission
$44 Child and Senior Citizen Admission

Children 2 and under are FREE.

I am not sure if other tickets have increased or not, just passing on the word. Happy 4th of July!

LEGOLAND is just keeping up with its neighbors, SeaWorld San Diego raised their prices also to $54 for Adults, $44 for kids.

Really, if you plan on going 2 times within a year I say get a year pass. The basic pass is $106/$86 - and you get "special discounts" according to the website - I am not positive what they are.

If you plan on going three times get the better year pass, they are $132/108. These passes I have for my wife and I. You get - free parking, 25% off food and 10% off merchandise and one free guest admission per membership.

What we do is the adults get the plus pass so either of us can take the kids and get the free parking and discounts and the kids get the basic passes. It works for us because the kids do not need free parking and they use our discounts. So it works out to be an even better deal when you do it like that.

They raised the price of parking also, it was $8 and went up to $10 in the last few weeks.

We do the opposite. We will never be there without our child so we get her the plus pass and we buy the basics for the ourselves to save money.

If you have two children, and aren't sure that you will always go with both of them, you would buy both of them the plus and again the adults get the basic--Again you save money.

^^ Thats a good idea, would not work for us - but still a good idea :)

I often go to the park on my own, sometimes to pick up a few sets, get the new promo bricks (see link in my sig), meet up with friends, meet up with CMs - etc. So I would need the parking part of the pass. And its a rare day my wife would go there without me, so she could go for the cheaper pass, so I guess part of it would work for us lol.
