My friend is hearing impaired and this will be her first trip to WDW. I want her to be able to hear everything. I read the info on Disney's site, but it all seems so confusing - it sounds almost like you have to have a different device for different rides. Has anyone had experience with this? What's the most useful device? Do you have to pay more than one deposit? Where do you go in the parks to get the device? We'll be starting at MGM.
