Are you saying Belle is really a Beast at heart???:p
Hehe, I didn't think about that when I said it...but it does make one ponder:p

I believe that when the parade of dreams started at DL for the 50th that the beast was a person but they ended up changing him to a beast. The guest just like him better that way.

Not entirely true... The original plan was to have the "Prosthetic" Beast, a la Broadway... Unfortuntely... well, to keep this "magic sensitive" I'll just say it's the same reason they had to recast the Tin Man in the Wizard of Oz... They just took a different option and kept him in-park/Fan! style.

Well, I'm in a minority here apparently.

I don't like the beast and my favorite part of Disney's Beauty and the Beast is when the spell was broken and he changed back into a fellow.

I tend to prefer fellows who don't have hairy fingers the size of smoked sausages...well, usually anyway.

But... did you see his FACE?! I mean really... Snow White's Prince may have done NOTHING the entirety of the film (you know.... with the exception of macking with a dead body, but we won't go there now...), but at least he was pretty. The Beast in Prince form? BLECH!!!

...Prince Adam!

Yep. That's his official name. Adam.

I rest my case.

I like him, but he does look a bit like my DH in his younger days...when he still had hair.

I'll give you this...he is the best built prince by far. But that picture is one of the only good angles he has. He is a bit goofy looking IMHO.;)

If Alice is a Princess -- then Wendy & Lilo & Maid Marian should be, too
AND
while we're on lumping heroines together in one area -- why not Mary Poppins?

All I know is that my DD is the Boss Disney Princess (by decree of her dad ;) ). She considers Mulan a full on DP.

Mary Poppins appears at the Princess breakfast. But then, so does Bert...

Musician and singing waiter by day? Dances on rooftops with a bunch of dirty boys at night? Attends tea and Princess parties?

No wonder none of these Princesses ever seem to look like they're getting any!
