Well, rumored to be at least, the only things I can dig up on it so far is that it is by Intamin, and an "extreme" design due in 2003.
It might be an Intamin "mega-looper" which features upwards of 10 inversions, or a giga coaster like the one they built for Millenium Force. If it is a record breaker, then one record that could be broken would be an inversion record and a first for the US (The other Mega Looper is in Thorpe Park). SFMM has the tallest coaster in Superman: TE, and given the style of Goliath, a giga coaster with no inversions would be repetitive. Then, again, it could be an Intamin drop ride.
Personally, I would hope along with whatever coaster additions they are adding, they might update some of their mid size flat rides. Looney Tune village has some good looking modern flats that if larger, would be great for adults as well.
