DH and I are booked on the Eastern Caribbean cruise at the end of Nov. this year.

My question is: will we be changing time zones at all while on the cruise? The 3 or 4 different jumps forward and back on the West Coast last year was a bit much.

Just wondering if we should expect that again on this year's cruise.

I don't think we're stopping in Aruba. Just St. Thomas and St. Maarten. Are they in the Atlantic Time Zone or Eastern? Florida's in the Eastern Time Zone, right?
