My son and daughter (2 1/2 and 1) are totally into Playhouse Disney. We're going to WDW in September. All ths pictures I've seen of the show have the parents sitting on the floor or dancing with the kids. Are there any chairs to sit in?

I'm asking because I have a bad back and I find it hard to stand for long periods of time. I'd love to take my kids into this show, but may have to skip if I have to stand in line, stand waiting for the show and then stand during the show. But, if there are seats, I can at least rest in between dances...

Thanks, all!

some seating along the walls. If I remember correctly, it was bench-type seats. However, by the time we got in, the seats that were left were to the back sides, and the kiddie seating was still up close. I chose to sit on the floor with my son. If you want to sit AND be up close, try to be at the front of the line for the next show!

So, you can sit on the floor during the show? That would be o.k. I just can't stand in line and then through the show. Too much for my poor back. Especially if the baby or my son also wants to be held.

Everyone sits down for the show except when there's interaction. It's usually the children who get up to dance or whatnot. Bench seating is along the walls, so it's toward the back or sides.

I have done both, sit along the wall and on the floor. I have only seen the kids get up and interact, so you will be fine. It's really cute to see the little ones recognize their favorite shows. Even my mrgrumpygills gets all smiley!

Thanks, all! I am glad that I will be able to enjoy this show with my two wee ones!

Yep, even if you get in late, you can still find a great seat on the floor, along the side of the floor area was just fine to see everything. That would help avoid you having to stand in line for a long time.
