i'm hoping some kindhearted mouseplanet reader can help me. a couple months ago, an article on mouseplanet included a form letter to use when faxing specific room requests to your resort 5 days before your arrival. when i read it i thought 'oh that's handy. i'll remember where i read that!' of course, as usual my memory has failed me. can anyone point me in the direction of this column? thanks.

I haven't found the article. I did find that you can call the hotel directly and ask for the ROOMS CONTROLLER in the FRONT OFFICE five days before your arrival. I am planning on trying this. They say if you are really nice the controller will try to be accomodating. I hope this helps you out. I will keep my eye out for the fax info. while I am searching the site.

thank you both for your help. actually i found the exact information i read before, and it wasn't here at mouseplanet at all. it's over at www.wdwig.com. look under resorts, and then room requests. there is a sample fax to use as a guide. we'll see if it works for me when i arrive at the wilderness lodge in 7 days!
