I am just wondering, what location has the view of the parks? When I call one person will say the garden view, I'll call again and another will say the bay view. Anyone who has stayed there I thought maybe you could answer this question.

Hi Gail
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel a couple of years ago, if memory serves me correctly, I had a bay view and we couldn't see the parks at all.
The main form of transportation to the parks is via water shuttle from the bay and it's a bit of a ride. The boat, at the time, took you right by the Hard Rock Hotel which was under construction, that hotel is a bit closer with a better chance to have a few of the IOA or USF.
Do yourself a favor and stay at the hotel, it's beautiful! Plus, you get front of line access to all of the attractions, just show the attendant your room key and boom, no waiting. We did this with 4 friends who were just meeting us, and we all got the benefit of that little perk.
Also, if at all possible, eat at Emeril's at City Walk, it's outstanding! We already have our reservations for Emeril's for the 8th of May.
I hope this helps,
Go BRUINS!!!!
Take care
Bob

Thanks Bob, I think I will keep the bay view it sounds nice. I am going to universal with my son who is 19, he is going to Johnson and Wales like Emeril did. I alrwady have ressies for there, I know that he will enjoy eating there. Less then 2 months, I can't wait, just have to get over my fear of flying.
