I was listening to the WDW recent podcast and Anne Hamburger was introduced as the VP of creative entertainment and leads creative development for all Major stage shows and creative entertainment around the world. Nemo stage show will be at Animal Kingdom.
I guess the same old axioms apply - if you want to get rid of someone - but termination is too expensive - then you promote them

I'm not sure what you mean. Hasn't that been Anne Hamburger's role/title all along?

i was under the impression that she was Disneyland Resort only - and when Snow White debuted, and kind of fizzled a little, she lost some clout with the new regime coming in... of course - everyone knows on this pad that I have been wrong sometimes before :p

No, I'm pretty sure Anne Hamburger has been in charge of live entertainment for all of the Walt Disney Parks and Resorts as long as she has been with the company.

I'm pretty sure that's correct. I believe that she was behind the Golden Mickeys and other DCL shows, as well. But this is her first show for WDW.

Sorry. I think that this is just furthering of her position's "global reach."
