I am currently selling a 100pt june use year Beach Club Villa contract. My asking price is 8600.00, with buyer paying 2007 dues and closing costs. There are 100 pt available now for use by 12/31/06. These are points that were borrowed from 2007. So there will not be any allotment for 2007 but you could borrow in 2007 from your 2008 allotment.
