No, there isn't (last time I checked anyway). Oh, I am assuming you mean USH, not Florida??

There are 2 shows/attractions that run every 1/2 hour (Terminator and Shrek).

Otherwise, the other shows have scheduled times. (You can call Guest Relations to see if they can give you a sample schedule.)
