Anyone been to DLR while they are pg. and over 40. I am wondering if I am going to have the energy.

Nope. Ya got me beat. ;)

I'm almost 33 and have rarely been to DL when I wasn't pregnant. This last trip I was 16 weeks along with near constant morning sickness and fatigue, wrangling with a 5yo, 3yo, and 2yo......nearly solo. When he wasn't off having a smoke break  the hubby was monkeying with the digital camera or video camera. Had I the energy I'd have clocked him one.

It wasn't the best trip ever but eh, at least it was something. Can't wait to go again once this baby's born. It'll have to be easier.

Lol I have been to Disnayland at over 40 and exactly at 50 with one 13 month old grandson in tow , I worried about the energy thing and I will admit that carrying him on my hip back to the hotel thru DT disney was a feat ( where did the heck did the hips go? guess they blended with everything else) wasnt cutting it . Grandpa and I had to switch off carring him, heavey little bugger.
BUT the rest of the time I didnt have a problem I could keep up with him in lines and rides...now my daughter who is only 20 and prego with morning sickness was a real challenge for both my grandson and I , we had to move and stop at her snails pace we should have left her home and a great time without her.
Seriously I as a mom and grammie are going to give you the same advice I gave her: hydrate , ,make sure you are taking your prenatal vitamns, also its ok to sit on a bench and relax and people watch while others go on the faster rides. ISWA , haunted mansion, the dark rides just sit and relax and enjoy the elements. WHen you dont think you can possibly stand thru another line its ok, sit get a snack enjoy the ambiance of the park. Dont feel like treking all around use the Main St transpotation offered , use the Train if others want to walk meet then there. With a little wait time and patience you can get around the park with minimal walking , take this time to pamper yourself go at a slower pace , stop and smell the flowers . sit on the rocker on Main St while the others shop, in adventureland park yourself in the Tiki garden area, in New Orleans square sit in the courtyard and regain your energy , In Critter country sit at the hungry bear outside and watch the Mark Twain go by and watch the ducks or in Fowlers Harbor and look at the Columbia, In Fantasyland sit over by the Music box at Dumbo and listen and watch the organ music, there are some sites that you will really appreciate just stopping to smell the flowers and little detail of the park. Also have small snack on hand.

OMG, what is it with hubby's and the danged camera? LOL!! I feel your pain.

When I was pregnant with my second, and about 5 months along, we went with my (then) 1 year old. I rented a scooter and found it saved a LOT of my energy. At first, I just put my son on my lap and we drove around. It was a lot of fun - until security told me he couldn't ride on the scooter... :(

DisneyJunkie~~~ Thanks, that is just the motherly kind of advice I needed! I just can't see missing out on this year for me or the kids.

Well, I am not 40, but I am PG and just took my 1 year old (who is NONSTOP) yesterday.

We did OK yesterday, but today I took a 3 hour nap this AM (and so did DD...at least I think she did...since I didn't hear or wake up to her.) :)

Just take it at your pace and like others have said, it is OK to sit and relax once in a while.

I went when I was about 20+ weeks PG w/ DD, and I was OK then. I got rest while the others went on the few rides I couldn't go on.

Um, no! However, I'm 37, and planning one more kid, and many more trips to the park!

Congrats!!! :D

I was there 5 months PG with DS #1, so I was 29. I shopped a lot and took lots of breaks.

I was there when I was 6 months preg. and had a 2 year old with me and hubby. We just took it easy, and took the midday breaks. was fun! ^.^ Ooops I forgot to add I was 33 at the time.
