I've received several emails about the Concierge article (http://www.mouseplanet.com/articles.php?art=mm060228ar) we ran last week, mentioning inaccuracies but not actually specifying the problems.

I would very much appreciate any MousePlanet reader who has gone Concierge at DLR hotels (or who works at the DLR hotels and can provide corrections from that perspective) reading the linked article and providing feedback as to anything we got wrong. I'm not interested in protecting myself from loss of face or anything like that; our primary focus is in providing the most accurage possible information, and we will happily and publicly publish any corrections.

Feel free to email or PM me if you do not feel comfortable posting here.

Thank you.

I can comment on two things. Concierge rooms at the DLH get a different picture on their key card. I was given Granville Steakhouse picture on the card for regular rooms on one visit and when I reminded them we were concierge we were given cards with Tink.

Also, Smoking may not be allowed in the Napa Rose lounge but the firepit area there is frequented by the smokers.

Lastly, remind everyone that their *rules* change every couple of weeks so what is okay this week may not be okay next week or next month or next year. For example, you can go one week and there is early entry from staying at the resort hotel and next week you can't. Or last time you could go pool hopping and this time you can't. Always ask and confirm and never expect. That way you will not be disappointed.

Oh, and no more Eureka Springs. It is Mandara Spa now and move in date is any day now.
