My kids have been VMK fanatics for a couple of months now. They LOVE the game.

The problem we're having is this:

The arrow keys on our keyboard work with some of the games and not others. For example, the arrow keys are fine on the Jungle Cruise game but don't work on the Fireworks game.

I tried contacting VMK tech support and got a generic email about making sure my firewall was allowing VMK through and a statement to also make sure that TCP ports 80, 300000-300004 and 30061-30062 are open.

HUH??? I've been trying for hours to locate any TCP ports and can't seem to find them.

Does anyone have any ideas?

TCP ports are usually found on your router and you need to access the "internal workings" (usually done through a web browser) of your router to make sure your TCP ports are open. There should be a guide that came with your router on how to access and open them.

OK...I'm off to check on that.

I was also thinking it might be insufficient RAM in our system so I ordered a RAM chip. Our computer is two years old and VMK seems to suck up all of it's resources.
