It's been a while since I checked in to make sure that I'm presenting the news that you need and want in our weekly Walt Disney World Park Update. So now's your chance. Let me know what you think of our content.
I go to WDW roughly once a year. I've gone with my family (usually a week or so) and with friends (day trips) while I was staying in Orlando during the summer. Don't know if I represent your typical readership or not but here are my thoughts.
Do you actually use the Downtown Disney entertainment schedules? Are the park hours and entertainment schedules helpful, and are two weeks' worth about right?
I can't say that I actually look at the DD entertainment schedules. With friends, we shopped, watched a movie, and walked around outside, and with family we were going to eat and shop.
The park hours and entertainment schedules were very helpful when we were planning our family trip and two weeks was about right timewise (though more would have been fine too :D ). I can't say that we used the price guides at all, but I'm sure they are helpful to some people.
Are we giving you too much or not enough coverage of any particular area? It seems very well-balanced. I really like having the park event year-long calendar. I also like the links to ebay and that other auction place in orlando (cant think of the name) when they have neat items up for grabs.
What do we not have that you'd like to see? A summary of the next few weeks' events that we've already detailed in the news months ago, just as a reminder? Trivia questions? Reminders would be nice. And trivia questions would be GRRRRREAT!!! :geek: :D
