I've booked montana rooms in the main lodge. does anybody have suggestions as to where in the main lodge I should ask for room re best view and lowest foot or vehicle traffic? Also do the room have kettles for coffee?

I personally like to have a room facing the lake, as it is a bit quieter. It can get a bit noisy if you overlook the foyer area with cars / buses arriving.
Ask for a room on the upper floors and don't forget to specify if you need smoking or not.
I can't remember if there are facilities for making tea / coffee in the room.
They do have a minibar, which you need to ask to be unlocked before you can use it. So there maybe a kettle as well.
Have a great trip
