Does anyone have one of these? Are they worth it? Did you get any results? I've seen them at Walmart for a little over $90. Opinions please.

You're better off getting an exercise ball if you want some equipment to work with for abs. At least with the ball you can use it for other muscle groups, and if it's in the way later, you can deflate it and store. Otherwise, good old crunches and/ Pilates are the best way to work on core strength.
