Shelley, her sister and I all headed down to the museum on Sunday morning. It was insanely crowded! There was a 15 minute line to get in and then the entire museum was crowded as well! It was weird to see it like that! We have been here a couple times and as huge movie fans, always enjoyed it. I am not suprised that it is closing down though. It is pretty outdated and not able to compete with the local theme parks. We had intened on going to the Ripley's museum as well, but it was also too crowded with long lines.

We ate at the Knott's Champagne Brunch, which was just as good as last time! Totally worth the money!

We waited in line for about 30 minutes to get Chicken-to-go for my parents though. This line took forever!

A great day all together!

While we have this thread, and since the thread will surely die shortly, I might as well ask now, while I can.

For the San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf version of the wax museum, what condition is that museum in?

Are the wax figures waxy or dirty, like the MOVIELAND figures were in many instances?

See Little Joe Cartwright in BONANZA, who could have been an Egyptian, based on his dark skin tone. -- Was Max Factor asleep at the wheel?
