another dining plan question

I have a question regarding the dining plans:

we are going to be going on the disney cruise next year and will be spending the day prior to the cruise and the day that the cruise ends at the parks. we will be staying in a dvc resort using points. anyway we have a large amount of people going. i was trying to think of ways to help with the meals: either looking into the dde plan for the dvc members which will be a discount for at least 10 people or add a 2 night package or even 1 night package with the dining plan. none of us want to cook :) . i have been hearing that the meal vouchers are coming to an end. any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

For DDE, you need $250 in pre-discount meal costs to break even, if one of you has an AP to buy it with. If nobody has an AP, you need $375 in pre-discount meal costs to break even.
