Hi All,
We all had a great time. All we used was a special assistance pass this time no wheelchair. I did see a lot of wheelchairs go into mazes but there was one at Camp Snoopy that had stairs so it was not accessible with a wheelchair. LOTS OF STROBS. The one that was at mystery lodge I had to leave it was really bad (disorienting) and did not want to risk having a seizure. Knotts special assistance pass is just like Disney's old passes except you need to bring in a Dr. note or some type of proof that you are disabled. They told us that the pass was not good for the mazes but it is not true they let you in towards the front of the mazes with the pass. Good thing because some of the lines were 45 minutes to 90 mins long with no area to sit and wait or wait away from the crowds. VERY VERY BUSY!
There service seems to have improved in the last year I really think they are doing well in improving there costumer service skills. There were many employees that went out of there way to help us in the stores and in food services.
I do not recommend (nor does Knotts) young children to go to this event. The Hanging was Very funny but Also very graphic and violent and had a lot of adult humor. They totally bagged on Disney it was called the happiest Hanging on earth. All in all it was a great time. I highly recommend it!
