Whoa, anybody read the update for Disneyland on Mouseplanet? Or is it my computer not properly displaying the website on my monitor? No update for Monday? :confused:

There was no update yesterday due to MouseAdventure this past weekend.

I was told by Alex that they were not planning to run the DLR update due to all the MouseAdventure stuff happening.

Of course, DOSH signed off on California Screamin', and released its report. The MP News section has two good articles, the revised Orange County Register article has a good graphic of the brake values that were found to be the main problem. The ride has reopened, though it has shut down a couple of times this weekend for short periods of time to address some normal glitches. The did a good job of redoing the brakes at the end of the ride, as the stop is a lot smoother than in the past. Also, the music is still not working on all trains.

There really isn't much going on, one thing that I know about, the Monorail is supposed to go down from October 24th for about 10 days due to the work going on in the Hollywood Backlot area of DCA, including working on the Monsters, Inc. facade. (Consruction workers and the live electrical rail don't go together).

I don't know how helpful this will be, but the below is from last week's DL Update:

Because we'll be otherwise occupied and very tired by the end of MouseAdventure weekend, unless something big happens, we do not expect to publish a Disneyland Park Update next Monday, though the Walt Disney World Park Update will appear as usual.

And, oh yes, we're tired! :D
