Who Do I Contact To Make Room Requests? I Have Booked Two Rooms Through Expedia, And A Third Through Southwest Vacations. If Possible I Would Like The Rooms To Be Near One Another, And We Need A Room Close To The Elevators. We Have Two Disabled Persons In Our Party. Thank You For Your Help.

I would simply call the GCH directly and ask them to handle the request for you. They should be able to get you accessible rooms and will do their best to accomodate your wishes (though they can't guarantee that you'll get what you request.)
