Whew, my previous post sure grew into a nice discussion! A few times I felt personally attacked but then I decided to "step out of my shoes" and see things from your guys' point of view and all I can say is-Yes! Zoeys mom Sara called me on Wednesday and told us the good news!!! Zoey gets to go with us to Disneyland!!!!!!!!
September 1st, I downloaded some Disney fonts and some Mickey graphics and made a little letter for Zoey with the fonts and pics and then had my daughter Delaney write her a letter as well, both of them inviting Zoey to Disneyland. Sara and David held off on giving her the letters until they had made a decision and Sara says this is what happened when she gave it to her:
It was early morning and Sara and Zoey were getting ready for school and Sara couldn't wait any longer so she gave Zoey Delaney's letter right then. Zoey read it and then had a few minutes trouble sounding out Disneyland. When she finally got it, Sara says her eyes got SUPER HUGE and she asked, I CAN GO TO DISNEYLAND?!?! Sara said it was so amazing. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you everyone, for showing me all the pros and cons of our decision! I can only imagine it is going to make for a VERY SPECIAL, MAGICAL trip for 2 very lucky 6 year olds!!!!!!!!

I read the earlier thread and I know how anxious you were to have your Daughter's friend join her. I am really glad it worked out for you. I am so excited for the girls - they will have a great time together!
