I visited the web sites of local (Los Angeles/O.C.) theme parks.
I noted the prices of their ANNUAL PASSES.

Some parks have only one kind of annual pass.
Some parks have features added/subtracted to each kind of annual pass.

Below is the list.--For your edification and amusement.

***

ANNUAL PASS -- ADULT

• Universal Studios Hollywood (Universal City)
$99
$79
$63

• Knott's Berry Farm (Buena Park)
$115

• Six Flags Magic Mountain (Valencia)
$79.99
$59.99

***

You certainly know well the annual pass situation for Disneyland.
I need not repeat the data here.

:) Good info and kind of you to post. Would I be pushing if I asked if you know if they expire a year from activation or Dec 31st of the current year?

A couple of corrections...

The basic USH Annual Pass is currently $59

Knott's offers a Child AP (ages 3 thru 11) for just $60, Adults AP's are $115
(You can go to Ralphs.com and print out a discount coupon for the Annual Pass for just $105)

And Six Flags offers a SEASON Pass, that means it expires December 31st, 2005.

Annual Passes are good for 1 year (365 days) from purchase.

I'd be remiss in not adding the prices for the San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park:

Adult Membership:
Dual Membership — $86* (2 adults in the household)
Single Membership — $68* (1 adult in the household)
* Different rates apply for those residing outside 90000-92999 ZIP codes.

Sydney's Koala Club — For the kids!
Koala Child — $21 (per child ages 3 to 11)
Koala Junior — $25 (per child ages 12 to 17)

The prices above are for an annual pass (12 full months) and include admission to both the Zoo and the Park. You also get some nice freebies like a couple of guest passes, tickets for the guided bus tour, the Zoonooz Magazine, etc.

Also, since the Zoological Society of San Diego is a non-profit, a portion of your annual pass prices are tax deductable!
