Announced today, Fear Factor Live will now be going on an extended hiatus. Returning in November for Thanksgiving weekend. This means there will be no showings of Fear Factor Live until then.

Also, effective in three weeks, the Blues Brothers R&B Revue will move to weekends only.

In addition, yes that's right, in addition to all this, Backdraft will also be going on an extended refurb. The effective close date is yet TBA, but will most likely be within the next three weeks if not sooner. It should return to operation around Thanksgiving as well. Rumor has it that the Backdraft pre-show will be getting some sort of update. More official announcements will be made as information is made available.

Fear Factor Live will go down for an extended hiatus sometime around the end of September, if not before. The show is still only on weekends as of now. It is scheduled to return around Thanksgiving, if it even does. There has been rumors that it is closing for good, though that is speculation right now, although I wouldn't rule it out completely.

Backdraft will be listed as officially closing for refurbishment. No official word yet as to what they will be doing but rumor has it that the pre show will be getting overhauled. If all goes well, it should return around Thanksgiving as well.

That is so totally a bummer! Our family is such huge Fear Factor fans. :( That show is a big reason that we're going to be in the area the first week of Oct.
