Here are I few Observations I made on my trip from 2/9 to 2/16.

1. First of all the parks were all pretty crowded. I thougt it was going to be very slow but we were suprised that especially MK was packed last week.

2. I was lucky to get a luch reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table and I loved it. It was everything I heard about and more! The service and food were excellent and I'm looking forward to doing the breakfast the next time we are there.

3. We stayed at the all star sports resort and I wasn't very impressed. The 1st night we were put in a room with a Handicap shower which is not a problem except for the fact that It flooded and water was everywhere. We had to change rooms the next morning which was a hastle and wasted time. We also just happened to pick the weekend of a cheerleader competition so there were a million cheerleaders everywhere.

4. For Valentines Day we ate at Victoria and Alberts at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, (which by the way is a beautiful hotel), and we were absolutly blown away by the food and service. Excellent ,4 stars, I highly recommend it. We also ate at the same resort the next day at a place called Citricos. Again Very very good with a extensive wine list. We love this resort...

5. Our last visit was last Sepember and of course the parks were empty but also everything looked run down, espcially at MK. On this visit everything look allot better and to us a little more magical. We love the new Parade and the stuff they had going for the 100 yrs of magic thing. Also the Hall of Pres was great. It was closed for rehab the last time so I was looking forward to seeing the new addition of George W.

6. PI in downtown disney had a Madi Gras Celebration going on last week and we were amazed to see just what people will do for some plastic beads! It was a madhouse everytime they announced that they were going to throw beads out and people were spilling beer all over and it seemed kind of out of control for disney. Also were notice while in one of the clubs having a drink that they allowed people to bring little kids into the club which didn't seem like the right enviorment for children, with everyone smoking and drinking.

All in all it was a great trip and we absolutly love florida. We met a bunch of nice people which made the trip even better.

Thanks for the great report! It is good to hear you enjoyed yourself. I guess it's good that it is busy again, unless you are waiting in line. Who knows if it gets busy enough maybe they will bring back EE. I am hoping they will bring it back for our spring break trip. Thanks again.

.

Both times I have been to WDW this was the case. I was disappointed that small children would be allowed in the clubs. When I brought my kids...I had them stay at the room with their stepdad...and I went with my oldest girl. I didn't feel it was quite the right environment for them.

But, I enjoyed your report...short and right to the point! Plus, it was obvious that you did enjoy yourself. :) Glad you had a great time!:)
