i'm planning to go to ush the beginning of august and am looking into the front of the line option. is it possible to buy a one day pass on a military base and then get the front of the line pass at the gate? is it better to just buy the front of the line pass online or at the park? just trying to get an idea if anyone can be somewhate specific on the pricing of all of this. thanks!!

If you are going to purchase 1 Front of the Line Pass, everyone needs one. You cannot gain access to front of the lines with only one pass. This is a common mistake guests make. They buy one Front of the Line Pass and the rest regular one day tickets. They then become angry to discover later that everyone needs a Front of the Line Pass. The ticket agents try to catch situations like these when purchases are being made and advise the guest. It is based on a per guest ticket. 1 ticket cannot accomodate a whole party to the front of the line. If you buy a discounted ticket and wish to upgrade to a Front of the Line, you will have to pay the difference in price between the tickets. cool. thanks for the help. so i could say buy 2 tickets on a military base and then go to ush and buy the front of the line pass? i just dont know if i should be worried about them selling out of front of the line pass august 6th. could i then also get front of the line pass at the aaa price of $10 off?

Yes, they do only sell a certain number of Front of the Line Passes per day. If you arrive before opening you should have no problem. August 6th is a Saturday, which means big crowds for theme parks. I would advise tryign to arrive before park opening to ensure you can get the pass, as well as a full day in the park. If you are using a coupon, make sure you read the fine print. Some coupons and discounts are accepted for Front of the Line Passes, but not all. If you are not for sure, call 818-622-3755 and you can verify the discount. Also, if you are buying discounted tickets already, more than likely they will not honor the AAA discount. You cannot combine discounts on tickets. If you are buying tickets ahead of time, and you are then going to upgrade them to Front of the Line Passes, make sure you indicate you are upgrading and not purchasing a full ticket. ok i just called and got my question answered by calling 1-818-777-1000-the other number you gave didn't work. long story short, it would be best to just buy the front of the line pass at the park or online as they don't combine offers like you already said. thanks for all your help with this!!
