AMD sues Intel
"Intel has always respected the laws of the countries in which we operate," Intel Chief Executive Paul S. Otellini said. "We compete aggressively and fairly to deliver the best value to consumers. This will not change."
Otellini noted that Intel has been involved in other antitrust suits and said "every one of those matters has been resolved to our satisfaction."

"Intel feels it is competing fairly and believes customers are benefiting from vigorous competition," Tom Beermann, an Intel spokesman, said in a statement. "A.M.D. has chosen, once again, to complain to a court about Intel's success with a legal case full of excuses and speculation."
