I will be in Colorado next week and wanted to find out if there are any discount promotions for Water World. Any fast food/grocery store tie-ins that anyone might be aware of? Thanks!

OK, I'm back, so I can answer this if anyone happens to be going. Wendy's, Dairy Queen and Pepsi cans all have discounts from $5-6 off per ticket. Safeway has a deal where you get 4 admissions, 4 pizzas and 4 Pepsi drinks for about $95. When you consider adult admissions are around $29 each, you save quite a bit.

The park was very nice too. The Journey to the Center of the Earth raft ride is one of the best water attractions I've even been on. It's a family raft ride that's mostly indoors, but you start off with a Goonies type drop. All in all, there are about 4 drops indoors. The AA dinosaurs are pretty cheesy, but it was overall a great ride. The only drawback is they don't have the Blizzard Beach system of hauling the rafts to the top of the slide, so guests have to drag them up themselves.

But put this water park way ahead of Six Flags Elitch Gardens if you're looking for something fun to do in Denver.
