Does anybody know when the online version of Buzz will be launched?

I don't recall seeing a specific date. I want to say probably not until August, but I'm not entirely sure.

in any case, unless disney does same major upgrades on their servers, it may not even be worth it. lately they've been barely above a crawl, when they've been working at all.

The video screens above the email kiosks say June but don't give a specific date.
