Ok, any other west coast cruisers out there getting excited yet??? I'm counting the days, and have already begun with some preliminary "packing" (more like acquiring a few things just for the cruise).

And every morning on the drive to work, I look out to the ocean and keep envisioning the "big Mickey boat" that will be here soon, and it totally starts my day off with a bit of giddiness. :geek:

Between this, May 5th, and July 17th, I'm in an overload of excitement. :D

WE are getting very excited. I ordered a bunch of stuff to be delivered to the stateroom over the course of our cruise the other day. We have our airline tickets, hotel the night before, and transportation between airport,hotel, and pier..... I can't wait to hear back from the first cruisers to see what they think. We are booked on the last cruise before the boat heads back to Florida.

Yes, yes, yes I am really getting excited about my upcoming Disney Cruise. Considering I made the reservations last May, the time is flying by! The mall is already full of spring colors and fun resort wear...I couldn't resist! I hope they have something neat in honor of the 50th on the ship...to make the cruise uniquely West Coast.

I decided to live vicariously through everyone going on the West Coast cruise (I'm doing East Coast next July). You are all going to have such a great time!

I still have all my cruise stuff from the two previous ones, so if anyone has any questions that aren't geographically related, please let me know. :)

I am driving poor AVP crazy - getting very excited about the cruise. My tuxedo has been cleaned, the new vests are ready, and I'm slowly getting everything pulled together for it. It's going to be a busy 10 days for us - doing May 5th and then getting on the Magic 9 days later.

I, on the other hand, have jury duty the week of the 50th kick off, and am not entirely sure I can stand leaving the stores for two weeks with no phone and little internet access. :rolleyes:

The doors are metal, and it's apparently quite "the thing" on DCL ships. We saw lots of them on our last cruise, and Tony was all whimpery because we didn't have one. And I'll admit they are really, really cool. If you're 5.
