Hi all...I find that my walking/jogging/running is soooo much easier when I have music. I recently bought a MP3 player (and had my bro-in-law program some music on it - that's all way beyond me!) but had a hard time comingup with good music. And some of what I did come up with - that I thought I would like to run to, turned out to be blah....

Would anyone care to share what they have on their playlists? I've listed my current playlist below. Thanks for the new ideas!

I remember you ~ Skid Row
Pale Shelter ~ Tears for Fears
Proud Mary (Live :D ) ~ Tina Turner
Yeah! ~ Usher (my younger bro-in-law is who I have to thank for this one..admittedly not my style but not bad to run to)
Dancing Queen ~ Abba
Lady Marmalade, Christina Agulara
Rock the Cashah ~ The Clash
Butterfly ~ Crazy Town
Come on Eileen ~ Dexy's Midnight Runners
Electric Barbarella ~ Duran Duran
Brick house ~ Earth Wind & Fire
Levon ~ Elton John
Mona Lisas & Mad Hatters ~ Elton John
Lose Yourself ~ Eminem
December 1963 ~ Four Seasons
Paradice City ~ Guns & Roses
You Sexy Thing ~ Hot Chocolate
Houses of the Holy, Over the Hills & Far Away, What is and What should Never Be ~ Led Zeppelin
Send me and Angel ~ Real Life
Alive & Kicking ~ Simple Minds

Thanks ericles, got some new ideas from ya there.

Well i'm not much into running, those who have met me see why (too many eathquakes in the world already lol).

I do, however, ride my trusty ol recumbent bike 5 times a week lol. So, here's my mp3 list for my bike riding activities. Figured I'd share in case someone was looking for some more up-tempo stuff. ;) :D

Crazy Train ~ Ozzy Osbourne (good warm up tempo song )
Just Push Play (radio remix) ~ Aerosmith
The Anthem ~ Good Charlotte
Live Wire (91 remix) ~ Motley Crue (now we're peddling lol)
Rock and Roll ~ Led Zep
Are you gonna be my girl? ~ Jet
Land of a thousand dances ~ J. Geils Band
Born To Run ~ Bruce Springsteen (all cd's made in NJ have to have 1 boss song, its a law) ;)
Bounce ~ Bon Jovi (and 1 bon jovi song, other part of the law lol)
Get on your feet ~ Gloria Estephan (this song is on all my workout mixes for inspirational value lol)
Up ~ Shania Twain (this would be the oprah-esque inspirational portion of the program lol)
Saturday Night's Alright for fighting ~ Elton John
Paranoid ~ Ozzy Osbourne (hey i'm an ozzy fan) :D
I wanna be sedated ~ The Ramones (by this point in the workout, not a bad idea) ;)
The Other Side ~ Aerosmith
Unchained ~ Van Halen
Anguish and Fear ~ Yngwie Malmsteen

That gives me about 45 mins of ride time. If you're not sweating by now, go call the pizza guy and call it a day hehe. :D Strange mix, i know, but hopefully it gives somebody a song or 2 they didnt think of. :D
