Does anyone here take before and after photos to see their progress? I was thinking of doing this because it would be interesting to see the progress every month. Anyone else do this?

Yes, I did it when I lost 50 pounds (went from 267 to 217 - now have gained a few back :eek: ). It is a good idea to do because you don't realize how much you have changed until you see those pics. You really should do this!

I actually did the opposite for inspiration. I took an older pic of me when I was thin and a recent one and printed them out business card size. I keep them with me and whenever I lose faith or need inspiration, I look at it. It helps me to remember, I can do this, I was there once, not so long ago...

See I do not know if I would be brave enough to look at a before picture..LOL! I just look in my closet at a couple of pair of pants I have kept and I say, I will fit into those again. Plus, I keep telling myself that by our next WDW trip, I will be my ideal weight!
