It was much easier. I have learned I can do weights no problem, but everytime they start doing aerobics I gert confused. I guess they figure people have already heard of the moves and know how to do them. I'm getting better though...:)

Awesome! I'm so proud of you. :) Those are really tough videos. Way to go, girlfriend.
As far as the step choreography goes, I've heard many other Firmers state that they'll stop the tape/DVD when they get to a step they don't understand then replay it until they get the hang of it.
However, if you can just keep your heart rate up by doing a simplified version of the routine, you're golden in my opinion.
Good job! I personally find the slow-n-heavy video easier than the aerobic one, but oh my goodness, my whole lower body hurts SO much the next day.

yes, my thighs and butt are sore, but not as sore as after the first video...LOL..today my arms and back muscles are just mildly sore. I really love the sculpting stick.:)..the next video is maximum cardio burn...I forsee lots of areobics in that one...LOL
