help please

mom got 6 trojans when her anti virus shut down, How the heck did this happen??
Any way they are in quarintine now, ( got the anti virus uploaded again ( avg free version) do I delete these or keep them there? It says when I go to delete them, "do you really want to delete these" what do I do??
Please any info on weather to keep in vault or delete them would be helpful. thanks **Karla

Delete the suckers. Also install the latest version of adaware or spybot. And tell your mom not to install free games or toolbars. Better yet, install Firefox and stop using internet explorer altogether.
