At first I thought my sister was lying...I thought it couldnt be that addictive. Now with bleary teary eyes and a dazed fried brain I go to bed...only to try to outsmart the nood on the 'morrow

We were addicted to that for a long time too. I didn't think it was possible either, but it totally owned us.
SNOOD!!!
It's been a while since I've played it, but I used to be a really mean Snood player. Of course having played over 20,000 games probably helped. ;)

oooh Snood is/was evil. It had quite a hold over me once our local pizza place took away the "bust a move" machine.

How on earth is it possible that I being the geek I am online to have only just be introduced to this apparently old phenom?

I'm one too. I never heard of this until you posted it, but my son said it's a classic game. When it comes to games, I'm just the money-woman in the house and clueless when it comes to playing, having never gone beyond Tetris. Well, Snood is just my speed and today I played hooky with it most of the day. Thanks, I think ;).

I went to the snood site.
I downloaded it.
I installed it.
I tried it.
I am now addicted.
