I'm new around here and I registered for the 2006 Half Marathon. I decided to get in shape and this seemed like a good goal. I really like Lani's articles about the marathon and training, they have been very helpful. I also really like the Idea of this forum topic for exercise and training for the marathon. hope to talk to all of you soon and good luck training for the marathon. |
