Just wanted to let folks know, especially those like myself, who are not big Michael Eisner fans, that I just voted "No" besides his name on my annual share holders ballot.

Not that my vote could keep him out, but the sentiment feels good! :D

so i was wondering, if enough people vote no on their ballots could he be demoted? I would really like to see him impeached (heehee) just kidding but i dont think that eisner is the best person for the job. He is more of a realist then an idealist if you ask me and i think disneyland, and the whole disney company could use more idealists!! but anyway thats what i think!

Since no alternate slate of directors has been submitted, voting "no" on Eisner or any of the other directors is purely a symbolic act. It has no actual impact on position.

True, at least I wont be on Eisner's Christmas Card list...

No tears were shead when I found out that Eisner was being voted out. To say the least I have just been waiting for him to leave, so the company can return to it's old glory. :)

You can't vote him out as CEO. He's not gone even if he is voted off the board.
And if you think Ovitz's exit package was excessive,...
