When I called for Priority Seating arrangements the girl on the phone told me that you can get a different birthday button at each park. I'm completely familiar with how DL might help you celebrate with free tortillas and lots of "Happy Birthdays" from CMs. Since WDW is enormous and the number of people celebrating birthdays there is high... do they do anything other the pins and the $40 cakes?

I am also interested, how do you get these buttons?

Go to guest services for each of the parks. MK/AK/Epcot all have different birthday buttons. Studios' button is the same as MK.

I got a lot of Happy B-Day's from CM's and the like, and I even got a free Mickey Ice Cream bar when I went to buy one. (That was cool!) I forgot to take my B-Day button off the next day... and the magic continued. It was kinda funny.

I know that when we went for my daughters b-day, we told the CM's at the restarunts and they, in most cases, would do something special. I think there was more response to kids wearing b-day button than adults. (In a way, that should be the case...)

Oh! And dont forget to get your phone call from Goofy! Just ask at Guest services. :)

Cool, it's a double birthday party for us. I'm taking my 15 yr old cousin because we can't go on our actual birthdays in March, which are only 5 days apart.

We have taken our eldest daughter during her Birthday on two occassions and she received special treatment. The 2nd time was so great, we returned to our hotel room to find an autographed picture of Minnie Mouse made especially for her Birthday.

That made her feel so special and she has it hanging in her room.
