I am looking for the music to the Anaheim Disneyland's "A Christmas Fantasy Parade." I have searched winmx and morpheus and both returned searches with a Tokyo Disneyland track called "Christmas Fantasy." I was wondering if these are the same.

I doubt that they are the same. Tokyo Disneyland's "Christmas Fantasy" CD without the "A" includes songs sung partly in Japanese and with Japanese dialog. The name "Christmas Fantasy" actually refers to the Christmas season at TDL, the names of the actual events are "Santa's Wonderland Parade" and this year's "Christmas For You" stage show. I don't think they have these events at Disneyland in Anaheim.
