Fast Pass at DLP is still using version one of the software for the ticket machines.

This means that any card carrying a magnetic strip will produce a Fast Pass ticket.

Even those from WDW, etc.

another good trick is to simply wait using the first fast pass until you get another and then head of to the first attraction the system works on time and not on use of the card therefore if your fastpass window is from 13:00 to 14:00 you can get another pass as soon as 13:00 andride the first fastpass attraction without having to wait untill 14:00 for another!
Also system 1 accepted anytype of magnetic media not only Disneypassports! Do this at your own risk because CM are on the watch to help (but also check) on the use of fastpass machines!

Maybe because Eurodisney would have to pay WDAttractions big bucks to get Fast Pass v1.2...
