You need to know the email address your ISP gave you?

It's usually yourusername@yourISP.

or if you have real troubles finding out about your ISPs email...you can always signe up for another free email from another site...there are thousands of them. yahoo, email.com, etc. Or even better, get someone to invite you to gmail.
