Rachal used up all her money last year buying a video camera on ebay and when we got it it would not work.we can not get the door to open ( where the tape is) and she would love to use this camera. We do not have small apliance shops here nor any fix it places. I feel bad she spent all her money on it and the darn man who sold it to us says he will not take it back as it worked when he sold it to us( this is the one and only bad sale thru ebay) Any one here fix these kinds of things?

They are usually very difficult for anyone other than a trained technician to repair. I suggest taking it to your local Radio Shack--they offer service on all electronics brands.
