I don't think it's a day care center or a playground. P.S. However, LEGOland has a wonderful playground area for toddlers, but your question was in regards to Disneyland. Actually the only part of The Baby Care Center that is set aside for Mothers is for Breast Feeding. If you bottle feed or need to change a diaper, Dad is more than welcome.
