Big Kahuna Club - Boardwalk Update - FALL EVENT FUN!
Summer has come to an end at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk but that doesn't mean all's quiet on the 'Walk. There are lots of exciting events and happenings here, and we hope you'll find time to visit us in the coming weeks. Some of the exciting events scheduled for the month of October include:
Hot Rods at the Beach Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 9-10, 11:00am - 7:00pm
The Boardwalk shows off classic cars during the Hot Rods at the Beach event to benefit the Santa Cruz City Police Officers' Association.

34th Annual Santa Cruz Band Review Saturday, Oct. 16
Fifty-five marching bands from all over California descend on Downtown Santa Cruz and the Beach Boardwalk!
View marching bands from 9 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. during the parade from Santa Cruz High School, down Center Street to Pacific Avenue, to Beach Street ending at the Boardwalk. Awards ceremony at 5 p.m. on the Beach Bandstand.
Ultimate Fright 2004 - The Scariest Deal in Town! Oct. 1-31
The Boardwalk parking lot is home to the only interactive Halloween attraction in Santa Cruz, The Labyrinth Haunted House. This year's theme is "Carnival of Souls," and is open for the first time this year to all ages.
The Boardwalk is offering tickets for admission to The Labyrinth AND the Halloween edition of the Boardwalk's Fright Walk for only $15. Plus, receive a FREE coupon for either Laser Tag or Miniature Golf.
Tickets are available at the Labyrinth, Fright Walk, Miniature Golf and Laser Tag.
The Labyrinth will be open at 7 p.m. Friday through Sunday each weekend in October, and daily Oct. 22-31. Call 831 423 5590 for more details.
And, the installation of our newest thrill ride, Double Shot has begun as we prepare our exciting new ride to launch skyward in Spring of 2005!
Double Shot launches riders skyward at more than 3 G's to a breathtaking view of the California Coast and then they experience the weightlessness of negative G forces as they are shot back down for the ultimate thrill.
