This past Sunday (Oct 3) after we left the Wonder after a wonderful trip, it was being loaded up with materials and crew for a trip to the Dry Dock in Norfolk, VA. It will be there for 9 days, I believe, for inspection, repairs, a hull repaint, and other mechanical PM.

From what I understand, what is going to happen on the inside is exactly what they did to the Magic a while back - a lot of the carpet and marble floors are going to be redone as well as ESPN Zone is going to be removed to make way for a teen coffee house. Common Grounds, the current teen hangout, is going get some new port holes and become a quiet place for adults to hang out with slight sports theme.

I look forward to see how the refreshed ship looks like later.

The refurb on the magic is awesome -- the new adult lounge by the pool is the perfect place to grab a drink and stay cool.

Saw the Ship today in NORSHIPCO's Largest drydock "The Titan" . Took some pics and will post when I get a chance.

That would be sooooooo cool to see it in dry dock!

Got a CM friend that went up on that cruise ... she works costuming ... haven't heard from her yet though. :( Hopefully she got pics, too! :D
