Poor ol' former US Senator Mitchell! He had the opportunity to "listen" to the message shareholders sent him last March, which was a big withhold vote about retaining him on the Board of Disney. Listen to those votes, Mr. Mitchell, and start becoming very savvy about corporate governance trends very fast if you haven't already. It's now more than 6 months since that withhold vote, less than 6 months until the next shareholders' meeting. Get a clue! Work to benefit the Disney shareholders, Mr. Mitchell, and stop complaining to the media, else shareholders will hear about it and give you even more to be concerned with.
