At The Studio Chapter’s next meeting on September 26th, we’ll be hunting for Easter eggs! No, there’s nothing wrong with our calendar; in this case, the “Easter eggs” we’ll be hunting for are hidden bonus features in Disney DVD releases. Several of our members will be bringing some of their favorite Disney DVDs to the meeting so we can show you where to find some hidden extras in your own DVD collection, and we encourage you to bring in any Disney DVDs where you’ve found Easter eggs that you’d like to share! After we’ve found some Easter eggs on Disney DVDs, we’ll continue the fun by searching our meeting room for Easter eggs containing Disney trivia questions; those finding Easter eggs and answering the questions correctly will be given additional chances to win in our monthly raffle for fabulous Disney prizes. In addition to the DVD presentation, our trivia game, and the raffle, we’ll have refreshments and we’ll give you details on next month’s Disneyland Resort Trivia Challenge. Please join us for a fun and exciting afternoon!
The Studio Chapter meets at 1:00 p.m. in the Mary Pickford Education Center at the Museum of the American West (formerly the Autry Museum of Western Heritage), located directly across from the L.A. Zoo in Griffith Park. There is plenty of free parking. Non-members are welcome to attend.
