I worked there before when this event took place. There's certain places, such as the Imagination Zone, where kids can stop by and get a free special Duplo brick and some candy. It's a safe way to do Trick or Treating.

We go every year. They allow you to wear costumes in the park and have a daily costume contest for the kids where they usually give away a family 4-pack of year passes to the overall winner and Lego sets to the category winners. They have different categories such as "Most Lego, Spookiest, Imaginative and Funniest and the overall Best-of-the-Best". In the past we have seen some really amazing costumes so if you are going to give this a try, my advice would be - go BIG!

They also have the Brick-or-Treat trail where you walk along a short Halloween themed trail with a bag they supply and collect candy from different characters. This is for kids under 12.

This year they are doing something a little extra for the Pass Members. They are having an exclusive party the weekend before Halloween with musical entertainment, jugglers, park characters and crafts such as mask and hat making.

All of this and you get to play in this beautiful park as well, should be a really fun time.

P.S.
Legoland is also having a Mini-Renaissance Faire during the weekends in November if anyone is interested.
